Privacy policy

This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to lancefulford.com, operated by Lance Fulford.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use a contact or inquiry form we receive your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your phone number, your message, and the property you asked about.
• Technical information. To protect the forms from abuse we store a one-way hash of your network address (not the address itself) and your browser’s user-agent string with each submission.
• Analytics. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, to provide the real estate services you ask about, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who processes it

Submissions are stored in a secured database hosted by our infrastructure provider (Supabase), and notification emails are delivered by a transactional email service. These providers process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know and the right to delete. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Cookies

The public site does not require cookies to work. Cookies are used to keep authorized staff signed in to the site’s administration area.
